I always keep moving forward, but it hasn't always been smoothly. I'm 25, always been active but struggled with self confidence and binge eating. I've been overweight, I've been underweight, pretty sure I was once a skeleton. Now I am learning, taking control and setting a new goal to change my lifestyle forever. I love having time to make a sit down breakfast. 5 egg whites + 1 whole organic eggs, 1/2 baby organic avocado, drizzle of basil extra virgin olive oil, sprinkle of sea salt & pepper, all on top of toasted Ezekiel bread. YUM.
