I always keep moving forward, but it hasn't always been smoothly. I'm 25, always been active but struggled with self confidence and binge eating. I've been overweight, I've been underweight, pretty sure I was once a skeleton. Now I am learning, taking control and setting a new goal to change my lifestyle forever. Never unhappy but never satisfied.... Inspire and be inspired!
